This course runs February 26th through April 9th and will be on Wednesday nights at 6pm Mountain with one week off for Spring Break!

The entire series will be $275, individual sessions will be available for purchase the Friday after the session for $50.

How is this different than other courses?
Neal is both an experienced and licensed therapist, Certified Mental Performance Consultant® and is a senior ultrarunning coach for Carmichael Training Systems. The material for this course has been generated by both evidence based research and a lot of experience working with endurace athletes in all all three roles. This is the third time this course has been offered and athletes have had a lot of success using this material.
The course is going to be interactive - part didactic and discussion, you’ll become connected with other like minded athletes who are getting after it. You’ll finish this course with solid tools and a plan you can implement in your training and racing. (And LIFE outside of training and racing!)

Is this course just for ultrarunners?
No, any endurance or mountain sport athlete is welcome to join! Having people from different sports is really helpful and can add perspective to the discussion.
I can’t attend the entire series -can I still sign up?
Yes, while it’s strongly encouraged to attend as the discussion is a large part of the training, you will be sent a copy of the training as well as worksheets and homework!
