    Insurance

On August 17th 2024 I will begin accepting clients on who have Aetna as their health insurance (please check to see if I am on your plan)

At this time I do not accept insurance other than Aetna and considered out-of-network on all other plans and will remain so. I am also not able to work with Medicare or Medicaid clients.

If requested I will provide you with a SuperBill and Invoice that you may submit to your insurance company. However, I cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed by your insurance company. I encourage you to check your out of network benefits prior to your first session.

Mental performance coaching is not covered under any insurance

For some insurers FSA and HSA may not be accepted for psychotherapy or mental performance coaching, please check with your HSA/FSA first if you intend to use it.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

    • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

    • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

    • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

    • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call the Colorado Division of Insurance at 303-894-7490 or 1-800-930-3745.

  • If you have a need please talk to me and we can discuss options.

  • You bet! I’ve worked with a wide range of athletes from equestrian to fly-fishing. Volleyball, hockey, basketball and baseball - you name it. I just specialize in working with runners and mountain sport athletes because that was my own background and experience.

  • You bet!! I work with athletes that are recreational, competitive, elite and professional.

  • It depends! Mostly, I work with people 17+ but I have worked with people as young as 15. My initial training was in high schools and I’ve worked with plenty of adolescents. Reach out to see if we’re a good fit. I won’t work with anyone younger than that though!

  • Right now I am only able to offer virtual sessions, that’s one reason why my rates are low and stable (compared to the norm) I do offer walk and talk sessions for local clients!
